Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection of handmade tote bags and gifts, add your favourites to the cart, and check out securely through our Shopify store. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at Totelycutegiftshop@gmail.com or WhatsApp +447788795431. Once your order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future!
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Orders over £20 may qualify for free shipping.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We want you to love your purchase! However, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there’s a manufacturing issue.
Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
A: If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue and may offer a partial refund or replacement depending on the situation.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm the issue.

Q: Are all your tote bags handmade?
A: Most of our products are handmade with care, making each piece unique and special. We also offer a selection of retail items that aren’t handmade or customisable, but they still make wonderful gifts and perfectly complement our handmade range.
Q: Can I personalise my order?
A: Many of our tote bags and gifts can be personalised — just select your custom options on the product page before adding to cart.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our totes are made using high-quality, durable materials designed for everyday use. Product details and care instructions are listed on each item page.
